Founder and principal of lean solution, an independent consulting firm, focused on lean solutions in the area of finance, accounting, controlling, value based management and continuous improvement. Current projects mainly focus on consulting and coaching in early phases of SAP ERP implementation or release upgrades. Our aim is to develop and evaluate consistent, lean, effective, sustainable and value oriented solutions which fit our specific customer’s needs best. Various customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, England, Czech Republic and Saudi Arabia as references for process & approach as well as overall value provided. Additional business activities relate to consulting on pension fund management matters and investment strategies.
