    The module will focus on creative problem solving and decision making methods. This will include decision support models being used in business practice and evaluating the planning aspect of management.

    Plans require implementation and this is the subject of this module. Various organizational structures (functional, object oriented, tensor, networks) are going to be discussed and compared in the view of a customer oriented organization.

  • Leading (corporate culture and leadership)

    Structures and systems function best when a customer oriented corporate culture is established. This part of the module focuses on organizational behaviour and motivational leadership qualities.

  • Controlling (learning from experience)

    It is essential to define the purpose and role of controlling methods and concepts. This will tie in with various areas such as marketing, finance, human resource and quality.
