Corporate Outreach Manager

Job Summary & Responsibilities

As Corporate Outreach Manager, you play an instrumental role in developing and strengthening the relationship between MODUL University Dubai Campus (Campus) and its external corporate partners/clients. You will be overseeing the entire corporate outreach activity of the Campus and play a central role in identifying collaboration opportunities while working closely with concerned colleagues at the Campus to ensure customization, modification and smooth and effective delivery of the offering.

Responsibilities – Reporting Line: Head of Sales:

Sales

  • Overall P&L ownership of corporate outreach (all related products) for the Campus in accordance with set budgets and KPI’s;
  • Team management of corporate outreach managers from hiring to day-to-day operational activities of the department;
  • Close coordination with other department heads both in sales and academic on required tools to enhance conversion. In particular close coordination and leading Training Sales Manager to enhance awareness and collaboration – ancillary coverage & cross sell effects;
  • Proactively promote the Campus’s offerings. Taking direct responsibility of sales activity aimed at converting leads generated into enrolled students and in accordance with pre-set targets and deadlines of the Campus;
  • Secure strategic sponsorships and corporate tie-ups aimed at generating more revenue and enhancing job market access to students of the Campus;
  • Utilize the Campus’s existing infrastructure and maximize value through contributing to its effective and professional usage – CRM, databases, social media, phones, emails and other means as provided by the Company including the participation in events/conferences/other marketing activity sponsored by the Campus;

Business Development

  • Take a lead on developing new business opportunities locally and regionally in close collaboration with other outreach managers (training, agents and school);
  • Manage portfolio and maintain relationships with clients to contribute to the Campus’s overall P&L and corporate P&L by selling the Campus’s offering;
  • Formulate business development plans and be responsible for its implementation to support the faculty in achieving its business objectives; Advise senior faculty staff on new business opportunities and trends to ensure up to date offering;
  • Identify, assess, and analyze business requirements and execute strategies to sell programs;
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop and provide blended offering that can be easily updated to stay current with product and process changes;
  • Identify and develop opportunities for further engagement with potential/existing clients and take the lead on negotiations;
  • Business cases preparation and products & services design;

Marketing

  • Working closely with the marketing team and assisting in developing effective marketing strategies (paid search, email campaigns, and social media activities) as per market needs;
  • Stay abreast of current market trends; Act a market expert to understand trends and clients ‘/partners' needs in order to successfully provide opportunities and appropriate offerings; Attend internal and external meetings and gatherings to build awareness and visibility for the Campus's offerings portfolio;

Marketing & Communications Department

Web & Graphics Designer

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The web and graphics designer works closely with the head of department (marketing and communication) and communications manager to ensure that internal and external stakeholders’ campaigns across touch points, banding, social and online, and photography and videography presence of the MODUL University Dubai brand are consistent, clear, and effective to achieve the desired campaign objectives.

The web and graphic designs successful candidate is a well-rounded creative professional across all media touchpoints who can visualize and execute campaigns from start to finish in a consistent and efficient manner.

As a web and graphics designer, you can expect your role to typically involve some or all of the following:

  • Design and layout of electronic and print materials for all programs and events (flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters, newspaper ads, etc.)
  • Carrying design and web projects, as well as photography and videography from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
  • Maintaining the University’s branding so it remains consistent and is used properly by external parties or remote groups, working closely with Head of Department (Marketing and Communications) and the Communications Manager and stakeholders
  • Assisting Communications Manager with creative concept and collaterals for campaigns and events.
  • Design and layout of presentations
  • Maintaining and enhancing websites by adding and improving design and interactive features
  • Ensuring the coding standards are met; optimizing the web architectures for navigability and accessibility, and ensuring the website and databases are being backed up
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Report to and advise Head of Department of developments throughout the organization, either face to face or through regular written communication pertaining to campaigns and events planning and implementation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and events for the product portfolio assigned.
Requirements / Key Skills
  • Writing skills: You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as story-telling ability to craft the applicable advertising messages for campaign and events.
  • Speaking skills: You also need strong speaking skills as you are managing internal and at times external stake holders to be able to implement projects, campaigns and events.
  • Interpersonal skills: You need good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with internal and external stake holders.
  • Creative skills: You need the creative ability to devise communication messages and vidual outputs for campaigns across mediums
  • Time management: Ability to conceptualize campaigns, get approvals and go to implementation ins a timely manner
Qualifications
  • A university degree web and graphic design from a reputable organization.
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience, in the UAE market is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Adobe CS suite especially Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) photography and photo editing, videography and video editing, familiarity with hubspot web hosting.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/PHP/Javascript/MySQL
  • Comfortable working on bilingual design projects (English and Arabic)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of production, pre-press, print and web-based technologies
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
Relevant Experience
  • Previous experience as a web and graphics all rounded professional in a reputable organization
