Corporate Outreach Manager

Job Summary & Responsibilities

As Corporate Outreach Manager, you play an instrumental role in developing and strengthening the relationship between MODUL University Dubai Campus (Campus) and its external corporate partners/clients. You will be overseeing the entire corporate outreach activity of the Campus and play a central role in identifying collaboration opportunities while working closely with concerned colleagues at the Campus to ensure customization, modification and smooth and effective delivery of the offering.

Responsibilities – Reporting Line: Head of Sales:

Sales

  • Overall P&L ownership of corporate outreach (all related products) for the Campus in accordance with set budgets and KPI’s;
  • Team management of corporate outreach managers from hiring to day-to-day operational activities of the department;
  • Close coordination with other department heads both in sales and academic on required tools to enhance conversion. In particular close coordination and leading Training Sales Manager to enhance awareness and collaboration – ancillary coverage & cross sell effects;

Student Recruitment Manager (Agents Outreach)

The Opportunity

As Enrollment Manager (Agents Outreach), you play a key role in MODUL‘s University Dubai Campus (the Campus) international recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, partners and/or individual overseas applicants. You will contribute to the Campus’s alumni, develop relationships and create opportunities to present the Campus abroad and in international exhibitions which may also happen in Dubai.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The web and graphics designer works closely with the head of department (marketing and communication) and communications manager to ensure that internal and external stakeholders’ campaigns across touch points, banding, social and online, and photography and videography presence of the MODUL University Dubai brand are consistent, clear, and effective to achieve the desired campaign objectives.

The web and graphic designs successful candidate is a well-rounded creative professional across all media touchpoints who can visualize and execute campaigns from start to finish in a consistent and efficient manner.

As a web and graphics designer, you can expect your role to typically involve some or all of the following:

  • Design and layout of electronic and print materials for all programs and events (flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters, newspaper ads, etc.)
  • Carrying design and web projects, as well as photography and videography from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards

  • Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Adobe CS suite especially Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) photography and photo editing, videography and video editing, familiarity with hubspot web hosting.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/PHP/Javascript/MySQL
  • Comfortable working on bilingual design projects (English and Arabic)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of production, pre-press, print and web-based technologies
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
Relevant Experience
  • Previous experience as a web and graphics all rounded professional in a reputable organization
  • Highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills are essential.
